I had a great experience, my hygienist is caring and thorough with a gentle touch, which i appreciate.
Excellent all the way around. Having left San Francisco and the faculty dental practice in 2007 and moving to Elk Grove CA, I hadn't had a good dentist since I left SF until arriving in Green Bay last Summer (2015). Unfortunately, inadequate cleanings left me with gum disease and teeth that had shifted from their once perfect smiling positions. I know NOW that cleanings must be thorough to avoid issues. Fay Dental Care has been the BEST dental care provider I have had...period. From the front office to the "chair" the service has been nothing less than outstanding. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for the best they can get in dental care!
I did comment to my husband upon arriving at home that the customer service at Fay's Dental Care sure outnumbers the service at our past provider. I feel that everyone employed with Fay Dental Care is top notch, personable and very concerned with the patient's welfare.
I'm 55 years old and this is by far the best dental office I have ever been to!
