An entirely pleasant experience. Dr. T**** was fantastic--she took time to explain every step, with great advice on our options. As first time customers, we really appreciated her honesty and expertise. She was running on-time; check in and out were easy...if the equipment we ordered works out, we will be completely satisfied!
Welcoming office and very professional staff. The care and attention I have received on each of my visits has been outstanding!! The staff is very willing to spend as much time as needed to acquire a comfortable fit and an optimal appliance for me. I have purchased two sets of hearing aids and have been very pleased with each. My audiologist is Dr. B*******, she's terrific!! I highly recommend this clinic for your hearing aid needs!!

I was very impressed how my visit and testing was conducted. Very professional operation. Dr. Neal was very thorough in conducting test and explaining the results. Absolutely no sales pressure to purchase hearing aids.

The office staff is very nice. Dr Nikki DeGeorge is a salesperson selling garbage to desperate people. My husband came to her with tinnitus. She offered him $4 000 hearing aids that would alleviate the ringing. In ghe beginning they appeared to work. Just after two months the problems started and the ringing returned. We called her office and she replied with an email with a website link to another doctor in NYC. Definitely out of network and not a real referral. This lady is not even a patient nor is she on the HIPAA form for us to discuss her husband with her. However, she calls our office frequently and berates my staff and gets mad if I don't call her back the same day despite me owning 2 practices, having a full day of patients without lunch, and having 4 young children at home. When I try to answer her questions, she does not listen, but talks over you loudly about her and what SHE would and would not do.
