I brought my old Tahoe in for oil change and they did not put the drain plug in correctly or either stripped it out my oil plug backed out and my car started leaking oil everywhere. I took it back to them and they accused me of loosening my drain plug why the hell would I lose my own drain plug. DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THESE INCOMPETENT SHADY PEOPLE
Nothing was done except cleaning windshield and changing the oil. The checklist shows every service checked and absolutely nothing was done except what I stated. No price was discussed before they started. My bad on not asking but I never dreamed they would upgrade the oil for $4 extra and upgrade the filter for $4.95 without asking me plus charge a $2 used oil disposal charge. I will never return.
