I can confirm the experience, high quality and efficieny of Franke R***** and the FCR team. We had severe roof damage from the hailstorm of three years ago in the KC area. I'm glad Frank and his guys were on the job -- especially when it came to interfacing with our insurance company on our behalf. Frank and FCR are by far the best choice you can make when you've been hit by storm damage, or if you need top-notch remodeling work at a more-than-reasonable price!

I am dealing with issues from the work FCR did. I knew there were issues and I contacted Frank quickly. He told me they would service the issues and then I never heard from him again. I am now working with a local company to fix issues. They were appalled that this work was not covered by FCR. I am now paying for repairs that I told Frank about a few years ago.
My roof was sub contracted by Sears home improvements to fcr. When they showed up for the install only half the amount of product was on site to install a whole roof job. The crew boss left after about 10 mins. And didn't return until almost dark to check on the crew. They were unsupervised and left to install it by themselves. A rain came during the tear off.
