Amber is an amazing person to work with. She was very knowledgeable and was always there to assist me in any way possible while dealing with such a stressful and painful situation. Spoke to them first time, submitted tons of forms, no communication at all. Tried to call, get a long voicemail, basically saying they are too busy to talk to clients. Will get back when 3 to 4 business days. Completely unacceptable. Having second thoughts about this endeavor I have only just started if this is the type of communication this firm is in practice of using they are useless.

I've submitted a claim, and filled in a lot of personal information, since July 2019. It will be November 2019 in a few days. Every couple of months, they send me more documents to fill out. But I have not been updated once as to the status of my case. I saw that someone who left a message here on the BBB website was successful in getting the law firm to send them regular updates. I submitted my original claim with Arati in June 2017. In that time I only received 2 updated letters which were not too informative. I've made several phone calls and never get any response. I recently sent an email and a very pleasant woman Hillary called me and said they had the wrong dates of my Surgical Procedures. Completely wasted 2 yrs. Hillary got the ball rolling again and I was able to submit the records from the Hospital. I'm doing the work here. I appreciate Hillary and hope to receive an update soon.
