We have nearly 50 years combined experience that started in manufacturing and wholesale and migrated to retail in 1994 with the opening of our current location. Building on the foundation of customer service and work ethic established by our founder George W. Johnson we strive to keep our commitment to customers by continuing our education on product knowledge and installation techniques through various trade classes and schools.

we had all our floors replaced. we bought bamboo floors for the living room and had the installer come back out twice to repair where the wood was leaving gaps in between the panels. he finally said he just couldn't fix it. now in the past yr or 2 our carpet is trying to come up. It has lumps coming up. One is a low traffic room. with all the money we spent I am extremely disappointed and would of been a repeat customer as we are loyal to good and local businesses. Such a disappointment!
Poor customer service skills. No one is ever available .
Not a good place to do business they did are carpet and 2 years later it was coming up and they didnt wanna come out to fix it either finally after two months bugging them they finally did.
