We purchased all our windows from Feldco and had no problems at all. Two years ago we purchased an entrance door and storm door. This year I noticed the trimming between the storm door and interior door was coming apart. I called, had no problem setting up an appointment. The repair person came out fixed the problem, very nice guy. I would definitely use Feldco again. Update: I had another problem with my back door that had a blind in it. Great After-Install Service! So I had $6000 worth of entry and storm doors installed five days ago… and the install went beautifully thanks to Luis (spell?). But after our first heavy rain, I noticed a squeak or two here and there so I called Feldco back to ask about the squeaks. Antone and Bernie were wonderful. They tuned up our two windows and they are working great. Antone explained the best way to close and lock these two windows so the problem doesn’t recur. Thanks guys and still loving our Feldco windows
We have used Feldco in the past for new patio/front doors and had such a great experience then that they were our first choice when we decided to replace our windows.
