Well I’ve got to tell you about this company and their employees. Never in my life have I ever dealt with a company quite like this. Understand that 100% has no higher value except with this company and their employees. Considering what they did for us it was 200%. They installed a great A/C in our Condo. I would give more than 5 stars if I could. The Customer Service from Kaitlyn was outstanding and she was able to work in a service around my a crazy schedule. The technician service from Durel was top notch! He was very thorough assessing the problem with my system and took the time to explain everything to me. He didn’t have the part needed but he was back out less than 24Hrs later to fix it. I highly suggest doing business with Ferguson!

Our technician Mathew was thoughtful, covering his shoes, professional and very thorough, checking every aspect of the indoor and outdoor units. He explained what was broken in a way we could understand. He respectfully let us decide which option to go with. He was not pushy and didn't favor either option. He was great 👍

I will recommend Ferguson Heating and Air to anyone in need of HVAC services! Matthew is a great HVAC tech. He is punctual, personable, and very knowledgeable. All of the staff at Ferguson Heating and Air are wonderful. They have shown me that they care about their customers.
