Sarah is so wonderful at what she does…. The place, rooms, beds and experience is SO peaceful and relaxing. The needles don’t hurt at all!…apparently she uses baby needles or infant ones? (something like that- they are smaller or thinner)…. Anyway they are painless which is great because I’ve had acupuncture at other places that hurt! Just a really cool experience and very helpful for my body- she really knows what she’s doing :)))

Jill's guidance was gentle yet encouraging, making the session accessible for all skill levels. I’d love to build this into my weekly routine! Funny enough I have not actually been here but phoned and left a message looking for a therapist that I had been referred to but did not work here. Took the time to call me and let me know of my mistake. That says something. Will definitely look to their services in the future.
