This practices patient coordinator is rude, unprofessional and a failure at doing her job. I specifically identified what prior authorization i needed and was set to get one that was completely not what i requested . When called to attention they got belligerent with me and hung up on me twice as i was explaining what they were doing wrong. Last time this happened i spent months fighting a $4000 bill because they failed to get a prior authorization which is required. The office staff should not be allowed anywhere near patients. They couldn't care less that they are dealing with Human Beings who need medical attention. The entire staff is like this including the appointment desk who schedule his injection patients. When you call in you are tld his staff schedules hi appointment and that they booking desk will send them a message which will take 48 hours for a response, they are supposedly too busy. My review concerns this Doctor's staff only, since I was not allowed to see the Dr. because I did not have my insurance card. They already had all my current insurance and personal info on file as it was required BEFORE I was able to even request an appointment date. While already at the office I was told I'd have to reschedule. No thanks.
