My son and I went in today and had an amazing experience. I apologize for not knowing names, but the woman at the front desk greeted us with a big smile. She answered all of our questions and I felt like I was talking to a human being rather than someone who is programmed to give a rehearsed speech. The salesman (young guy with blonde hair) took us around and answered every question we had.
