The front desk personnel have always acted like they are doing you a favor. The fact is they do nothing but time slot the appointment. I am not grateful to them.

It took over a week to get scheduled for an ultrasound as a next step trying to determine why my standard poodle vomits everyday. Finally on the day of the scan, I was told to drop my pet off at 7:30. There wasn’t an actual time appointed for the ultrasound. On arrival, I’m told the technician doesn’t even call until 9 am and wouldn’t be at the site for at least an hour after that. So why have the animal sit trembling in a crate for three hours? Good doctors but I have never had an on time apt. Not even a close to my scheduled time apt. It’s so frustrating! A simple nail trim takes 5 minutes but the wait time is an hour. In my car with an anxious dog who hates the car! It’s cold out so I’m not standing outside for an hour either.
Very disappointed with repeated dental care, or lack thereof. 👎🏼👎🏼
