Two of thethree rugs did not come clean. One still dirty and the other still has coffee spot

While we were able to improve the rugs, some older stains and wear can be difficult to fully remove, even with professional cleaning. We’re grateful for your continued trust and the opportunity to be of service.
This product does not make fabric spill-proof. I had my twill sectional treated. They did not attempt to remove the existing dirty spots before treating it. Other than a light oily feel to the cushions, there was no difference post treatment. It still got stained and was hard to clean.
This product is NOT WORTHY OF THE $$$! You have to be right there and catch an animal that has pottied , because if not, the fiber coat is USELESS AND LEAVES A STAIN THAT DOES NOT COME UP!! DONT WASTE YOUR $$$!
