I was very impressed by the craftsmanship of the crew and the efficiency with which they completed the job before time. The crew deserves a reward. The best part was that every little nail or piece of debris was cleaned up before they departed. I would recommend this company for any service they render.

We have had Fichtner Services out to our home in the past year. We are very pleased with their work and people they have sent to do the work. They have always shown up as expected, worked the problem and then cleaned up before they left everyday. When my husband has had questions for them they have responded quickly and put him at ease. We have called them twice to do different projects on the roof and the gutters and will do so in the future if the need arises.
One of the best experiences with a contractor that we have ever had. Despite several weather delays (part of it was during the blizzard of '16, after all) the job of a new metal roof, skylights, and gutters on our log home was completed to a standard beyond our satisfaction. Management was accessible, and the crews were skilled and accommodating right down to picking up every last scrap of debris. We highly recommend this company.
