Had new roof and gutters installed last summer. Did a good job no issues. Had an issue present itself with this harsh winter. Called them back, they came right away to make an adjustment. Two snows later and lots of rain and no further issues. Have since had them do another job this year. Definitely recommend their work.
This was our first time using Fichtner Services and it definitely won't be the last. They were excellent!! I called on Thursday to set up an appointment, had Kyle at the house in less than 2 hours for quote, color match etc and then had roofers up on the roof by Monday. Excellent customer service, great prices, great work... overall just extremely impressed with everything Fichtner Services did for us!! Thank you so much!!
This is the second time we've used Fichtner Services and we're happy with their work. They have competitive prices and they get the job done. The also cleaned up afterwards so well, you couldn't even tell they were here.

We were very pleased with the work that Fichtner Services performed on our roof. What impressed us the most was that Fichtner even fixed a part of our roof over the garage that we knew was a problem but I had forgotten to mention it to Fichtner. We didn't realize the oversight until after Fichtner left and we were pleasantly surprised when we saw it had been fixed anyway.
Fichtner did a great job on my roof and gutter repair. I have been dealing with a headache of a disaster of an hvac job done by bgehome. They have terrible customer service and did a horrible job, so it was extra wonderful to deal with fichtner and their outstanding services. Thank you I will gladly recomend fichtner to my patients and friends
