Great experience.... until the very last day. Angie was rude, sarcastic, and unprofessional. When I told her to not contact me again, she continued. Would NEVER use them again!!

My experience with Cindy Glenn - Financial Concepts Mtg. was amazing. I was a first time home buyer and was nervous because I had no real knowledge of the process. Her knowledge and professionalism was impressive. She held my hand, explained every step, kept in touch with me, never leaving me to wonder what was going on, searched and succeeded in helping me with a "Gift" Credit for my down payment & was available after hours. I would recommend Cindy to everyone purchasing a home.

I left a review on the Enid, OK branch of FCM “The Dunn Team, a few days afterwards they removed the reviews section of their Facebook profile completely. My concern is that I was attempting to purchase a home through Mr. Dunn himself, in which I provided information, made contact with Mr. Dunn, and was ultimately ignored and was put on a back burner.
