You really made the process very simple
James and Fonda were great during this experience. They both answered my questions in a timely manner even though their work load was well above normal. As a matter of fact I have recommended my son and daughter use James for a refi they are considering. Thanks
We were very happy with the results of our refinance, however, the process was a bit bumpy. It’s possible that things may have been easier in person, but the majority of our interaction was through email. My documents were “lost” in cyber space for several days. We had to re-submit many documents, and provide additional documents due to the amount of time that had lapsed over the course of our email interactions. Communication and explanation could definitely be improved, but overall we are glad we did it.
Top notch professional and guided us every step of the way! She answered all our questions no matter how silly we thought they were. Will recommend her and Financial Concepts to all we know!!!

Service was great time frame of entire process was amazing. The staff was terrific to work with I would recommend and have all people that are looking in a purchase or refinance direction to go with these fine people.
