Great place to park if you are traveling into and out of DIA. I am a monthly member and I have found their service to be fantastic. All hours and in all weather conditions. Great place to park.

Quick to get in and on the shuttle most of the time. I’ve had to wait up to 20 minutes once since the first shuttle at the lobby was full. Typical wait time for pickup at the airport curb is 10-15 minutes. When driving out, it seems the exit gates are always problematic. I have had to call the lobby to open the gate at least once a month since the reader isn’t working properly on my loyalty app or ExpressToll…kind of irritating after a long day of travel. I prefer valet parking at fine. Drop off is OK, pickup at arrivals at DEN is not great. Often have long wait for a shuttle or shuttles are overcrowded resulting in an even longer delay. I don’t like that every Fine employee expects a tip. I don’t want a flower, I can move my own bags. Pay your employees enough. I do, however, appreciate water on arrival.
