We have been long time users of Fine Airport Parking and have always loved it. Lately however, it seems that they run shuttles less often from the airport back to our car. The last 2 times we have waited for about 20 minutes. Less convenient for sure!

Last night, Aug 31, 855pm-930pm, a groups of 15 travelers, including 4 Southwest Pilots, had a to wait 35 minutes for shuttle pick up. NOT one shuttle came to the West side pick up since they were filling up on the East side. Your company has reduced shuttle service and increased prices. Only after numerous calls to the office did shuttle service finally come to the West side. INCREASE YOUR SHUTTLES TO RUN AT LEAST EVERY 10 MINUTES!!!!

I regularly have to wait 15-20 minutes for pickup when I get back from late night flights. It’s late, I just wanted to get home, and waiting 20 extra minutes, especially in the winter is awful. More drivers/pickups are needed.

I think the shuttles could be more efficient if they dropped off and picked up at the mid point of each row vs taking people to and from their cars. Especially when you get in late and there aren’t many shuttles in service

Customer service is always top notch but for the last few months I have not been able to drive in with my toll tag. I don’t know if the readers have been repositioned but they no longer read my tag and it’s frustrating to not be able to utilize that feature for easier in/out access.

Park here often. Parked valet. Shuttle driver was fabulous and very attentive. Driver called in my valet ticket. Driver called in to notify we were on approach. We approached the lobby and my vehicle was not there. The 2 staff members behind the desk were busy having a chat. The driver stayed with me trying to understand what was happening. The staff and valet attendants were so amazing the drivers were friendly the service was quick. However... Riding the bus on the way back the suspension was broken or something. We were bouncing all over the place it was so uncomfortable. At one point when we drove over something bumpy my body literally left the chair and I went airborne. Very unsettling and uncomfortable on my back and rear end. Need to improve on wait time for shuttles to and from airport. We now have to allow at least 30 minutes shuttle time to airport and waited 40 minutes for a shuttle from airport to parking.
