The ladies at the entrance should have more charisma and amiability towards the employees that park at Fine parking, the treatment is not the best and sometimes the shuttles are not called right aways to pick us up, even when they are all lined up and available in row G, when we first get to the parking lot. Also, the ladies that answer the phone (not sure if the call will get directed to the entrance or the main office) should be more patient and understanding with the guests, we cannot see where the shuttles are, since the... read more

Service is greate but on my way back to my car we took the bus #65 and something smelled really bad. Driver was Cain and helpful.
You provide exceptionally prompt service. When I drop my car off, the shuttle is right there waiting for me, majority of the times before I have a chance to get my luggage out of the trunk. And when it's time to pickup my car, I'm driven directly to it.
Fire time parking with Fine and we loved it, we'll be back. We were confident the car was safe, the valet was fantastic service, and the shuttle was well upkept and comfortable.
