During my recent visit with Dr. Fine, he was very informative, thorough and caring. He listened to my concerns, as always, and addressed them in a sincere, compassionate manner. I called him during the weekend regarding a medication issue and he returned my call, putting my mind at ease!
They deleted my first review. LITERALLY RUN FROM THIS PLACE. The worst most unprofessional Dr. Office I've ever experienced. Scheduled an appointment for 11 and at 11:45 I still hadn't been seen and had to get back to work. The office refused to work with me and charged me for the appointment even though I was NEVER seen by the Dr. THIS PLACE IS A SCAM AND A JOKE. Also definitely not the wrong office and I'm not confused. Also, I would like my money refunded.
Professional staff who helped answer all of my questions from copay information to scheduling. Dr Fine was very knowledgeable and proactive with trying to help find solutions to what ever may be ailing you. Upon our first meeting, he quickly and efficiently helped me set up the next steps. If you are looking for a GI doctor, I highly recommend Dr Fine and his support crew!
Nice and clean office, staff is always nice and Dr. Fine is very informative, respectful, and has a good sense of humor. Lately though it seems they are having some sort of transition in the office, I am unaware, but my appointments have ended up taking so much longer due to waiting to be seen. Maybe they are short staffed at the moment. For context, my last appointment was at 3, I showed up at 2:55, and was done and out of the office by 4:15. Some of these review websites showing 4.9 stars haha NOT true. Most of the reviews posted about the customer service (front desk/staff) being terrible true and bedside manner just as bad. Will definitely be looking for services elsewhere.
