Employees are courteous and caring! Otis is always happy about going in- he knows he’s in a good place!
A great organization. Our dog absolutely loves it there and the grooming is great for our cat too.
For five years now, roughly twice a week, my very active border collie leaps out of the car and races for the door in the morning (with at least a couple abrupt stops to check for familiar smells). I routinely recommend “the Resort” to others. And it’s 20 minutes each way to get there for me, which should underscore my assessment.
So many loving staff & kindness to both Deuce & myself!! It’s always fun w activities, playing w friends (fury & not!). Deuce loves all the people who love & care for him (except when having fomo when in has room!) Finger Lakes Pet Resort is so special to us! Thank you ALL!💕
Could not have been a better experience. They went above and beyond with our special needs dog!!!!
The grooming and nails were done very well. When I mentioned the extra hair, Ashley suggested a “de-shed” treatment. It was terrific!!!!
