Buying a home 600 miles away was scary. Not knowing the area and not being able to do that first walkthrough were just a few worries. Charlie put us at ease with that and more. Constant updates, videos and pictures were just a few of things he did. When it came time to make an offer Charlie was on top of everything. We absolutely could not have done it without him.
Charlie is absolutely phenomenal. I cannot think of a moment that he was not there to answer my questions. There were some minor issues NOT related to real estate but he was available to help me navigate through them and now I have my perfect house for me and my kids. I cannot thank him enough all he has done. He is amazing an a realtor, but more importantly he is a great person. Always there for his clients. I highly highly recommend him for any real estate needs.
