We went from my wife's birthday and it was awesome.....
Great concept for a restaurant, it has endless options for any kind of dish you want to create. The only drawback was that at 5 o'clock with sunlight streaming in through the walls of windows and only a dozen people in the place they were blaring trashy club music. We asked if they could change it( as there was just our party and one other family with children there) and they happily obliged but changed it back after two songs. Read the room guys, and save the groping music for when the late night crowd comes in for shots

I attended with family for a quick bite to eat before heading out of town. The food was great as always; however, I did not so much enjoy the commentary from the "chefs". I don't want to hear about your night out drinking. I also do not appreciate watching you add things (whip cream) to my cousins food without permission - she isn't a fan of whip cream, dairy free or not, permission would be nice.
Fire and Ice is a huge favorite of my family and co-workers. (My company has our Christmas party here every year) Friday evening I brought 7 friends from High School (some way back to kindergarten, 1962) and they all loved it!
I love this place but was disappointed on my last visit. We were a party of 16 celebrating my sons 3rd birthday. I did notice the cooks were not the same guys we were use to and not only did they burn my food but my husband got a plate of beef with veggies somehow they separated all the meat he got and gave it all to the person that was next to him. Love this place! Whenever we are in the States this is always a must do on our list of places to visit. The food and service is exceptional.
We all enjoyed the restaurant and the style in which the food was cooked. We were a large party seated outside and did not have enough lighting for where we were sitting. Even our server had to use the light App on her phone to view the menu with us and the bill.
Brought a group of high schools in for the "experience!" We had a great time!! Good food and fun!
