Love Fire and Ice was a little bummed to have to sit outside after a long hot day. There should be a warning about requesting indoor seating.
I love all the options. It's great for an indecisive group and delicious!
Great selection of food that was highly customizable. When we arrived the format seemed a bit foreign however everyone we encountered offered to explain and help us navigate the restaurant. I thought it aAs a fun and unique dinning experience. I recommend coming hungry as you will be tempted to try all of the seemingly endless flavor combinations. I came with a party of 10 and they had our table ready and waiting and we received great service .
We spent Mothers Day dinner with my whole family and we all had a great time. It's an updated version of Mongolian BBQ and so you are able to have the food the way you like it. We sat on the patio area and there was a DJ playing fun music with people dancing. I highly recommend it.
it was Mother's Day and we had a last minute change in the size of our party. We went from 7th guest 214 and your staff accommodated that with no problem whatsoever. Young lady attending our table was tentative and Karen. You made my wife very very happy!
Love the atmosphere. Great food. The cooks are so nice and funny. Never a dull moment . Do recommend it to everyone. Lots of food to choose from especially the seafood and salad area.
I made a reservation and we were seated instantly. The food is amazing and the vibes are just great. It's loud but not to the point where you're irritated. Great for a night out
When reserving on line, choose patio or indoor otherwise you get first avail. Be prepared for await even with reservations. Don't go starving. Watch your meal as it is cooking. Our party of four got all the wrong sauces on our grilled selections. Once mine was corrected it was very good. Not for small children. I will be better prepared if there is a next time.
Always love Fire And Ice Bar and Grill. It's a fun atmosphere with plenty of food choices made just the way you like. Went on a Saturday evening which is likely the peak of crowd. Would recommend that you try a different evening if it's your first time, since it's very crowded around the grill. Another suggestion, if you have older folks in your party make sure that when you make reservations that you say you need low chairs or a booth as most tables (inside) are raised - makes getting up and down for the grill quite a bit m... read more
