It was absolutely amazing, had a ton of fun. One piece of small criticism is they don’t do special orders. They cook the food to death, so you can’t have medium rare and such.
Fire & Ice never disappoints! Food quality especially is outstanding, always fresh and the buffet area always clean! Love this restaurant!!!
Our waiter was very accommodating. The cooks were a little unpleasant but the overall experience on this special day was wonderful.
Delicious, all-you-can-eat, create-your-own meals allow all sorts of crazy combinations of ingredients.
It was awesome. It was our second time there. Our first time we had a bad waiter but decided to go back because the food and cooks were awesome. We brought friends this time and we loved it.
I read a lot of negative reviews, However, the staff was very helpful and nice. Reservation was perfect, food is great, you can pick what you like. I would recommend it to people and go back again. They should update and make it cleaner and tone down the noise. Otherwise went great.
Birthday party with friends. Awesome experience
The hostess downstairs are always rude and make you wait even when you have a reservation, are there on time, and your whole party is there, even when it's not busy!! Never understand this. Also, the woman's bathroom is always gross and out of toilet paper. Otherwise, the food is good and it is a fun place.
Overall I enjoy myself every time I go to Fire + Ice !!! But I don’t like the fact that I made reservations and wait 25 mins to be seated.
