I had the best waiter he was so polite he interacted with us very well I would like to thank him once again. The only thing that I would change if the food you don’t eat on your plate you could take home in a box
This is a fun restaurant. It like a buffet but with raw ingredients that they cook for you. The round grill is in center. It is all you can eat. They have a salad bar, assortment of vegetables, rices, pastas, meat, seafood, tofu. You get to taste and make your own sauce or use a pre-made one. It was a little slow but loud in the dining room, but this typical when the cooking is interactive. Our server, Roberto was attentive, quick on the drink refills and our food was excellent.
Very smoky environment. Grill took too long - although food was good, I left hungry because did not want to take the time to repeat my dish.
Restaurant was great! The waiter was nice and accepted both of our coupons the 10 dollars off and the free meal. Service was great, very friendly. It was very quiet during lunch but got more busy towards the end of our meal. The firebowl was really good.
Fun place to eat. We took our family that was visiting from out of town and it was great for the kids and adults
Waitress was awesome...Food was good..a bit over cooked...One cook rude others nice. Furniture was worn with holes in padding. But over all worth the experience.
Birthday celebrations we do only at fire and ice
We had what I think was a manager as our server. She was amazing. The chefs were fun, the food was fresh. Only thing that needed attending to was the sundae bar. That was a wreck and had a few empty items. Kids seems to destroy that area, the recovery must be impossible for employees to keep up with. Watch your kids folks! Otherwise, we love this place, have been several times and will continue to return.
