We went during lunch, only a handful of tables were occupied, not crowded at all. We were seated and sat there waiting...We didn't know if we should go up and get food, etc. or what the delay was for our waitress. My friend walked up to a group of staff who were standing in the corner talking to inquire who our waitress was. We told her it has been a long time since we've been there so she should have taken it as a clue to update us on how things worked. The food was ok. The atmosphere and food were great. This was our first time at the restaurant and this type of dining experience. We would definitely recommend to friends and family!
Fire & Ice was a very interesting and enjoyable experience. The concept of total selecting your own food (including fish and meats) and watching them cook it on a large round grill, where they serve 10s of patrons at a time is a novel concept, and fun. The food is fresh and good, but this is not your quiet romantic getaway or relaxed fine dining. We saw many families and young adults. The fixed price for the main dinner can help control costs.
This was my first time here and I must say it was a great experience. The staff is super friendly and energtic. The cooks are great and love to have fun while working. I really appreciated that they sang happy birthday to my boyfriend. It was a great first time and I hope to be back real soon.
Very nice place, amazing food, atmosphere is great. The service was very wuick for the amount of people who were being served in the restaurant but we waited 45 minutes to get out check and missed out movie. Just wish it was a little bit quicker! But understandable for the amount of customers.
Perfect for kids who would enjoy the concept of creating their own dinner and then watch it being cooked. Perfect option when you're hungry and don't want to over do it with unhealthy options. Everything was fresh and cooked perfectly, check it out very inexpensive for the city.
Stunned to find Fire and Ice will now put your food experiment on pizza shells they fry with the rest of your food on the grill/bar, before topping it up and covering it to finish. Very friendly atmosphere, Tuesday night a little smoother than the partyish Thursday/Friday/Saturday scene. Our waitress Erin S was terrific. Always love the fun with the cooks - sort of like Teppanyaki but not so serious. All in all our seven-person family celebration was great!
We have been to this specific location multiple times, the food can't be beat, the servers are amazing!! We went with our family a party of 7, we didn't have to search for anyone, our drinks were ready when we returned from getting our food, the Brunch menu rocks!!! Crepes, Pancakes, French toast, omelets! Super delicious and fantastic! Will be returning for Brunch soon!
