This is a quirky restaurant that has taken an unusual approach and done it well. We had eaten there some years ago and were interested in trying it again. It is mostly self-service, but our waiter was prompt with the wine and gave detailed instructions. We found the salad ingredients to be fresh and tasty, and the items for grilling were excellent. My kids love this place and often want to go for their birthday. Food is good and great choices. Staff is friendly and pretty attentive.

We had a 6pm reservation on a Friday night for 3 people and we were seated right away. It was quiet and not very crowded. Our waitress was kind and attentive. I also witnessed her and another waitress help two men who happened to be blind. They guided them through the buffet choices and brought their food to be cooked. It was very heartwarming to see.

Touristy trap, but excellent deal if you get lots of meat/fish. Many trips as you want up. Good deal. Noisy.

Our waiter was nice and attentive. However there was another female waiter who was not part of our table but she was in the bathroom talking loud using vulgar langue. She seemed to have been arguing with a boyfriend. While I was trying to wash my hands she made it awkward and uncomfortable. This was my first visit to Fire and Ice and it was fascinating and the atmosphere was fun. I will recommend this to my family, friends and coworkers. I had a great time, the people were fantastic, courteous helpful and pleasant. Keep up the great work.
