Food is outstanding. Great first experience. Definitely going to go back.
This place is very busy and crowded so keep that in mind with your expectations. Last time I ate at Fire and ice it was 12 years ago when they had a NY location. The servers and cooks were good considering how slammed they were. There was a mistake with my son's meal but the cook was not at fault. A Customer lined up out of order and he mistaked it for hers after he verified with the customer that it was her meal. Another great experience at this great restaurant. Food was as good as always and so were the people. Quick shoutout to the server, who knew I had to leave soon and handled the gift card and the tip with no problem like a real professional.
Great time, awesome food. However it was impossible to get a refill for drinks due to poor service.
Team brunch
My first time at this location, the staff was great! Food was good on round one but the space wasn’t as opened during a time when you’re trying to ease back into doing things you love with people. I did overall appreciate the birthday 🥳 hospitality.
We had a great time, even though it was full we had quick service and our chefs were extremely funny and happy
went with a group of 24 people mostly made up of young teens and i think it was a good spot to go for a group of young people. loud, energetic, plenty of choices of food to choose from and definitely different from other restaurants.
Went with my teenagers.We had a great time. Everyone was friendly and professional. The gentlemen at the grill were fast and just the right amour of friendly for teens. They have music playing at a good volume to still hear each other.We will be back for more good times.
