My last review of Firefly Family Dentistry I wrote about how the treatment and financial coordinator discussed in depth all my options including the benefits and drawbacks of each option. Lucky for me, I had the mold made of my mouthpiece that day. I decided to go the flipper route. I felt this option was the best for me because it provided more options since only one tooth was affected by my choice. It takes four months to heal from the surgery. The dental hygienist was very pleasant and very knowledgeable; she explained everything to me: what she saw; what she recommended; what she intended to do, in a way that I could understand it all—even I can’t repeat it back. Her techniques were different that what I had experienced before, and likely better. The dentist was the same.
