I explained my dental anxiety to Dr Sandberg. I don't numb easily and as a child felt everything. Add my fear of needles and I'm not the optimal patient. He was patient and very caring. I barely felt the needle. When I felt the drilling, he stopped and gave me another shot. Again, I didn't feel the needle. I was pleasantly surprised at how painless and easy the experience was. The staff is very nice to work with as well.
I had a teeth cleaning procedure on a regularly scheduled, six month basis. I had a six month regularly scheduled hygiene procedure. It was done very professionally and the hygienist was very friendly.
It's hard to recommend a place to go when you need a filling replaced, but Dr. Sandburg was great. Nice guy, friendly staff. I won't say I'm looking forward to my next cleaning, but they do make it more enjoyable. Nice dog too.
I initially went to them because they take my insurance and I can walk there from my house. I've been a customer there for the last three years and I plan to continue this relationship. They have never left me waiting for more than a few minutes for my appointments. They do a good job of cleaning my teeth and when I had a tooth ache Dr Sanberg called me right back and got me seen right away. On top of all that, their rates are reasonable. Teeth cleaning experience was wonderful. Knowledgeable and explained what was happening. Music while they're working.
Dr Sandberg gave me options/choices. He talked me through the whole procedure. There were no surprises. Everything was transparent. He joked about the construction noises and made me feel at ease.
I was nervous about heading to a new dentist with my young kids. However, we couldn't be happier with Dr. Sandberg and I would highly recommend him to families with young children. Bonus, now, we are all at one office for dentist appointments. ?
Very friendly helpful staff. Bree was very knowledgeable about insurance and provided excellent customer service. Dr Sandberg as well was very personable and provided good care. I would definitely refer this office to family and friends.
I really enjoyed my appointment my dentist did a really good taking my mind of the fact that she was digging around in my it a little painful especially when she had to clean my wisdom teeth but overall it the best Dental appointment I ever had since my last appointment. Keep up the phenomenal work.
