Dishonest company. Double charged us, were not apologetic for their charges and unreasonable over the phone. Horrible customer service. Do not use this company. Save yourself the aggravation and go with energy direct or sisters oil.

I get oil threw them from New Opportunities and every time they deliver to me they charge my card. Then when I call they back to try to straighten it out they give me attitude about it. This has happened twice. I called and warned New Opportunities that Firehouse might be trying to pull a con job. Beware!
