The “Im welcomed here” feeling! You get greeted by name on the way in, it’s a nice touch, breaks the ice and immediately makes you feel invited and open about any questions you may hesitate to ask. Great experience/I recommend trying them I was helped by Julissa. She was very kind and friendly. Regular shops I go to aren’t as friendly, but you would think they would be, given I’m a regular. So that kindness from Julissa was very fresh and appreciated. Definitely knew what she was talking about when it came to the products. Hell! I walked out with “2” items instead of the initial “1” I was planning on getting lol. So what does that say?
