Worse experience As someone who throughly has enjoyed coming to this shop countless of times I can’t help but hate the attitude and laziness Auroa displays every time she is on shift. Not the best shop How shady of the owner and budtenders ,they wont hook you up or ad deal of the day if not mentiend. So no deal for the un aware consumer? Very shady honestly. Can say your the best shop if these are your tactics.
Oh and it's 15%taxes Also don't let these guys fool u by using the system. I already reported them to the federal board u guys are suppose to be charging only 15%percent of taxes even google and the board says it so I already reported and have fun being audited bums get ur act together or ur gonna end up like madmen no one cares for u money hungry self Period

Not advertising the same I visited a couple weeks ago for a oz (price is different In store vs weed maps) and was given one price. Then I called today and the lady tells me $180 out the door for oz. I paid $150 for a oz a couple of weeks back. When I first started going to firehouse back 2019, everything was consistent. They still got that fire but because of the way they are doing the prices now, I don’t think I’ll be coming back. I hope it changes.

FALSE ADVERTISEMENT THEY CLAIM THEY HAVE 30% off on everything on a promotion they’re advertising yet when i got to the store and choose my items i wanted, they said those werent valid for the promotion. waste of time. you guys need to be clear on advertisement.

Its whatevers i was literally in the parking lot of OG Nation and for some reason i wanted to try this place out??? i should of just walked in at OG 😭😭. i think i got the 25% ftp ?? idk I don’t think i did, they didn’t give me any freebie like how description said or spun any wheel??? and i didn’t get any receipts ??? idk i wouldn’t come back. i didn’t even know how much each item was i just paid to leave :( the security guard was really cool/nice thou so my stars are for him.
Customer Service went down hill!! Use to be my favorite shop but lately I'm not sure what happen to them. Customer service has went down hill. They hardly ever respond to texts anymore and when they do they leave you on read after the initial greeting text... Delivery drivers constantly aren't available. It's unfortunate because they really were a top notch shop and my goto spot. But I guess like everything in life all good things eventually come to an end. Now I'm forced to look for a new spot
