Have had nothing but good experiences! The one time we catch something not right and they fixed it right away. I always check everything before I leave and I keep a level head so that alone will go a long way.
The customer service was awesome! They are very helpful and make sure you understand everything and that you do not leave unsatisfied!!
1 star Disappointed. Came In to store at 5pm on Wednesday to try and get my car looked at due to it shaking and engine light on. I expressed my concern, and Let the clerk know that i really needed it to get looked at and serviced. Unfortunately, I was told no one could even look at at my car until Saturday, and that I would have to make an appt. Unfortunately This is more of an appointment only place, and does not try to accommodate otherwise.
Came here for an 11am appointment which I arrived 20 min before hand for an in warranty alignment and took over 2 hours to get it completed. I am assuming that if you pay for service you will not have this issue. When I first did the alignment they were very punctual. If you value your time do not come here!
I've been using Firestone for over 25 years, and this particular store for over 10 years. But I got my oil changed on June 25th, 2017, and they left the drain plug loose. Oil leaked out on my driveway, which I didn't notice until my daughter left for Austin the next morning. Luckily, the drain plug did not come loose and fall out during the drive, and she was able to get to a Firestone in Austin without any serious loss of oil. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!! So today I went to Firestone to get an alignment and my tires rotated. When I picked up my car and pulled out of the parking lot, my left rear wheel FALLS OFF!!! Ripping my bumper off, and starts rolling down the service road. ARE YOU KIDDING ME?!? The "mechanic" didn't even tighten the lug nuts. That could have killed me or someone else, especially if I had gotten on the highway. Now they are saying that they can't do anything for 6-7 days! Think twice about who you have working on your car.
