Ms. Cherie Williams is very professional, reliable & informative. Furthermore she was very knowledgeable and efficient during the whole filing process. This is my first time using her FIRM1040 to prepare my taxes and this is the best customer service that I’ve received in this industry. I respect the fact that she scheduled her appointments to review the entire filing process and answer any questions accordingly. I will definitely be referring her to my friends, family and associates.

Cherri was very easy to work with! We were able to move through the document submission and her feedback process in an efficient manner with her portal. She was very clear and precise while going over our filing as well as helped us understand the different tax break opportunities available to us.
