The employees are what make this bank, they are always helpful, professional, and treat you like family. You dont get that with other banks. The loan rates are also pretty good. Thank you First American Bank, you make my banking easier and more pleasurable.
You know all the complaints about big banks? This bank is the exact opposite. Actual individual people help you and follow up with the things you need. If you request something from a teller named Sam, then Sam will email you and call you back if there's any question or follow up. We always experience excellent customer service at First American Bank. Their bankers are helpful, knowledgeable and personable. We have deposit and loan accounts and everyone we have dealt with on the phone, by email and in person has been great! There are ATMs all over the country, too!
Christy Tatela, the branch manager expedited my request and made it happen within a half hour. It would have taken multiple phone calls, an appointment, and multiple hours if not days trying to get the same thing done at Chase.
