Spectacular service. Incredible workmanship. Top quality flooring. We had beautiful hardwood flooring installed throughout our entire home from First American Carpet and Floors. From the design considerations to the careful craftsmanship and attention to detail by Carlos and his team...we could not be happier with our new floors.
Miguel did an excellent job installing the floors in the first floor. He stained the quarter rounds to custom match the flooring. They worked so fast and efficiently. Tje second crew did the carpet upstairs and they were just as good. After all these years my house nows a much needed facelift.
I was planning to lay composit wood flooring myself but when Derrick gave us cost installed we gave him the job. The flooring was higher quality than flooring from Costco and the quality workmanship by the installers was top notch. This was our second time using 1st American Carpet and Floors and this small job got the same attention to detail as our previous mulit-room job recieved. We are very satisfied with all there work. We will definitely use their service for future work.
First American Carpet is our go to for carpet and hardwood. In 2018, we had a water leak that required us to have new hardwood installed and First American came highly recommended and did not disappoint! Our realtor referred us to Derrick Kakar at First American. The entire experience from the showroom to the installation was professional, pleasant, and painless. Our new condominium has beautiful and luxurious wall-to-wall carpeting. And the padding really helps to make it feel like we are walking on air. We highly recommend!
