This was the best flooring and carpet purchase and installation experience I have ever had through many relocations over my life. The owner was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful, professional, and an absolute pleasure to work with. I had both new carpet and engineered wood flooring installed on short notice for a sale. Both installation crews were highly skilled and professional. Their work was superb! My highest recommendation for them and the owner.

After my hot water heater ruptured and my basement flooded I went to see Derrick at First American Carpet. He was very knowledgeable and professional and made a challenging situation much easier. Save yourself the time and trouble of shopping around and just sign your contract with First American. Our experience from showroom to installation was first rate, and our expectations have been exceeded. The staff is extremely personable and professional. The attention to detail is tremendous. Goli and her team are absolutely the best flooring company I have ever worked with, I wish I could give them 10 STARS. She went the extra "distance" with us getting Congoleum to honor their warranty. The new kitchen floor is beautiful! Our kitchen experience was so awesome that we got carpet from them a week later. The new carpet is warm and luxurious.
