Our first few visits were great! Until my oldest needed work done. Before even scheduling I made sure they were familiar with how to bill and they said that they were. We’ll come their next 6 month check up the extremely rude receptionist informed me of a large bill due! I was shocked as this was the first I was hearing of it. I asked if they billed appropriately and she just kept blowing me off. I asked for the office manager to call and never got a call back. I’ve called several times and get no answer.
