Wonderful and caring staff. The hospice team communicate with each other very well to care for patients. Highly recommend using this agency. I would trust them caring for my love one

I completed a 6 week intensive volunteer training course with these people and I promise you that you will not find a more caring, detailed and realistic team. The training was patient centered and focused on key points such as compassion, respect and confidentiality.

3 different case managers in 4 months. Communication about the changes was nonexistent and I had to call and ask/advocate for more consistent staffing. Prescribing doctor difficult - very slow to respond to prescribe meds to help with sundowning, sleep disturbances, and at the end, pain meds - especially liquid morphine when my dad could no longer swallow. getting supplies and medications is a big headache and takes many many many follow up calls. not what we want to be doing when we are also full time caregivers. the staff are compassionate and caring during the visits. But anything outside of the regularly scheduled visit is a major headache When things don't happen as they should during a 40 hour work week it is super hard to get them to happen before the next work week. I think they must be severely under staffed. Would not recommend.
