My since came home from school and felt awful. I really appreciate that you can schedule an appt so you don’t have to wait in a waiting room with a sick child for a long time. We arrived about 10 mins early and they had us back at our scheduled time. All the staff were very nice and efficient.

As we did not have an appointment, the wait was about normal for an urgent care place. All of the staff was extremely friendly and apologized for the wait multiple times (really, it was not a problem). The practitioner was great. She listened to my daughter, rather than constantly looking to me. As we are out of town, she reviewed the places we could get the medications filled and told us what our best option was and how to get there.
