Perfect best describes my experience. Everything a doctors’ office should be. Check in: friendly & polite; easy; waiting room: clean, comfortable, a tv & a variety of magazines; nurse: friendly & polite; knowledgeable; doctor: friendly & polite; extremely knowledgeable; great all around. Highly recommend this doctor, this office. They also ran on time - a very smooth running doctors practice even though many patients were there! Thank you.
I was not kept waiting even tho i was late. Very expediat Dr was very helpful in determining my foot issues.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the girls at the front desk to Dr. Reddy himself and the girl who checked me out. All were very kind and caring!
Have been a patient of Dr Reddy for a few years and he did surgery on one of my feet. No issues and staff is always wonderful and friendly. This last visit I did have to wait over an hour after checking in for my 9:45 appt. Not sure what the problem was but that seems like an unreasonable amount of time to have to wait for the Dr. when I had an appointment.
Original Foot Pain Issue is still present !
I like the practice however I was highly upset that they charge a fee to use a DEBIT card. I can understand a credit card but a debit card is same as cash. I have posted about this on my Nextdoor app. to let others know. Very bad policy and although I will complete my medical treatment, I doubt I will will be back upon completion.
I am disappointed with Dr. Vimal Reddy’s ethical performance. Two days before my surgery he called me (in a paranoic manner), refusing to do my surgery because I had asked his nurse to give me copies of documents I signed. He claimed I intended to sue him in court, which is false. Other colleagues' teachers had warned me, that as a Muslim he dislikes Christians and is also very biased as to who he chooses for surgery. Unfortunately, he infringed on my First Amendment, right to ask medical questions.
I've been a patient at FCF&A , Dr. Reddy,, for over 4 years. I earned a 4 year scholarship playing football as a linebacker and nose guard, with above normal stress on my feet and toes. A lifetime friend of our family, FSU coach Bobby Bowden had recommended after my college days, I give my feet and toes.
