My husband, Johnny had a wonderful appointment today with Dr. Brimmer!! He was very friendly and efficient!! Everyone in the office was very courteous and professional!! We are glad we selected this office!!
No appt, but called office because of severe plantar fascaitis pain and Dr. Reddy worked me in his schedule for the day. That meant a lot because when in pain a patient doesn't want to hear their Dr. is unable to see them until a few days or week later. Great staff. Great service. I limped in the office, but was able to walk out. Thank you Dr. Reddy for getting my foot together.😉
The gals up front are super friendly and helpful. The Dr's nurses were also very accomadating and nice Dr. Reddy is a good communicator and consummste professional. Thanks for the great service and accomadating my needs. Thumbs up,

Perfect best describes my experience. Everything a doctors’ office should be. Check in: friendly & polite; easy; waiting room: clean, comfortable, a tv & a variety of magazines; nurse: friendly & polite; knowledgeable; doctor: friendly & polite; extremely knowledgeable; great all around. Highly recommend this doctor, this office. They also ran on time - a very smooth running doctors practice even though many patients were there! Thank you.
I was not kept waiting even tho i was late. Very expediat Dr was very helpful in determining my foot issues.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful from the girls at the front desk to Dr. Reddy himself and the girl who checked me out. All were very kind and caring!
I ordered two pair of custom insoles. They run $600/pair, but you can buy two pair for $1,000 total. When I went to them up only one pair had been ordered. I received no apology, and was told I’d have to pay $600 for the one pair. Eventually Dr. Redy got involved and agreed to charge me $500. However, still no acknowledgment of their mistake. The staff person was rude.
Have been a patient of Dr Reddy for a few years and he did surgery on one of my feet. No issues and staff is always wonderful and friendly. This last visit I did have to wait over an hour after checking in for my 9:45 appt. Not sure what the problem was but that seems like an unreasonable amount of time to have to wait for the Dr. when I had an appointment.
