Amazing!!!! Customer service was spectacular. They really jumped in to save the closing. The level of communication and quick responses from Derek was by far the best. Can't speak for the bank itself but was working with Ryan Hadley on a Mortgage. I provided all the information I had about a farm that was coming up for auction that I was waiting on, and he gave a general approval for a loan. About 2 weeks prior to the auction, I asked a few questions about the details of the loan and got no response.
