The personnel are helpful and professional and pleasant to deal with. Savings accounts and money market accounts are not competitive with larger financial services companies so we park most of our money elsewhere. Services like foreign currency purchases are non-existent so we have to maintain an account at another local bank to get these.

This bank has horrible customer service and belittles you. The manager has horrible customer service skills and refuses to work with me. This bank also is a bait and switch with services. Had it in writing NOT to overdraft account if funds are not there. Instead they did it and occurred so much in overdraft fees that I had to actually walk away. The personal service from Krissy Duber is wonderful-- she keeps me as a First National Bank customer for sure! If I have any question or concern on my account or bank policy, she promptly clarifies things and provides a resolution if needed. She makes great product recommendations as well. Other branch employees are also very friendly-- overall great experience and I would recommend.

Recently I needed help with a question regarding our Trust. I even got a call back after visiting the bank to help me clear things up. This bank makes things ease for senior citizens. Thank you!
