Rachelle got my Heloc loan completed on a rental propertie that was in a LLC that had many unusual characteristics to say the least. My bank who I have all my other loans with and have been with for many years said they couldn't make it happen. Rachelle never gave up through the many roadblocks we ran into. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone that has a straight forward loan and especially to anyone that has one that might have a few potholes that need someone who has "out of the box thinking".
