As a first time home buyer I wasn't sure what to expect with the loan process. After speaking with a few lenders about pre-approvals, I was extremely pleased with the Chris's teams' responses & response time. Chris, Lucita & Augusta were extremely helpful and patient throughout the entire process, answering all of my questions and providing guidance and quick communication. First off let me state that she was right off the bat one of the nicest and most professional people I've met. Rachelle got my Heloc loan completed on a rental propertie that was in a LLC that had many unusual characteristics to say the least. My bank who I have all my other loans with and have been with for many years said they couldn't make it happen. Rachelle never gave up through the many roadblocks we ran into. I would wholeheartedly recommend her to anyone that has a straight forward loan and especially to anyone that has one that might have a few potholes that need someone who has "out of the box thinking".
