Fantastic, friendly service as always! Contacted Jim on a Saturday evening, not expecting a response until Monday morning, but he answered! Got sorted at appointment, arrangements made to discuss quotes. At the next appointment I was wary about prices so Jim had another look and came back with a more suitable one.
