I HAD ALWAYS GONE TO THE LEE TREVINO BRANCH PRIOR TO THE PANDEMIC. THIS BECAUSE THERE WAS ALWAYS A REAL PERSON THAT WAS A TELLER. ONCE THE PANDEMIC CHANGED EVERYTHING, I SPENT SEVERAL TIMES IN THE DRIVE THRU AREA WHERE APPROXIMATELY 45 MINUTES WOULD GO BY. ANOTHER TIME I SAW A LINE IN THE FRONT AREA AND CHOSE TO STAND IN LINE AND WAIT MY TURN!
