I was recently at a branch on ft bliss. the lady on the screen thru video was very helpful and professional, fast and friendly. she made everything easy. she even sent over an email for me to have a card made with my corrected name printed on it to the lady in the branch we were at. the lady that was at the branch was not very friendly, she said she couldn't print my card the way the other lady said. so I left. banking thru video is hard enough, you would think the people there would be more approachable and helpful. she w... read more
