All of your staff was very helpful and patient I didn't know if I would like the online banking with the live teller over the computer but it worked out pretty well the only thing that I would improve on is having the camera's face the individuals the customer and the teller it was kind of odd having a camera off to the side. Open support I will be staying with 1st light

First Light Federal Credit Union has got to be the worst, most ineptly managed credit union in existence today. Not only does First Light FCU pay the lowest interest rates of any and all financial institutions on checking and savings accounts, their employees have got to be the most simple minded individuals when trying to resolve simple issues. Issues that require very little brain power. It seems that incompetence is a virtue with many employees of First Light Federal Credit Union.

Service rep was nice. Every month you call me to pay my bill because you have locked my account and cannot access it. I'd pay it on time if you unlock account so I can access it. Tired of messing with you people over this. About to close my account after 22 years. Not happy
